DELIVERY

Shipping worldwide is carried out with our logistics partner DHL. All deliveries sent by Lilyshop2020 are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance coverage expires.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours.

These are Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., excluding public holidays. Delivery takes place within 5 working days of receipt of the order to the delivery address stored with us.


DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

The shipping costs for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart during the ordering process and before you complete the order. Free shipping worldwide for orders over 40 euros. For orders worth less than 40 euros, shipping costs of 5.99 euros will be charged.


SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification from us and an email from DHL with a tracking link. You can check the shipment status shortly afterwards via the link. If the package is damaged, we ask you to report the damage to the parcel service immediately.


RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course return your order to us free of charge within fourteen days using the enclosed return receipt. Returns are only valid for unworn, unwashed, unused and flawless items from which the tags have not been removed.


For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed goods can only be returned if the Lilyshop2020 protective seal is still intact.


If the total value of the order is reduced to less than 40 euros by returning individual items from your order, you will receive the credit minus the shipping costs incurred.


PAYMENT

In the Lilyshop2020 online shop you can pay with credit cards from American Express, Discover, JCB, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Diners Club, with the online payment service PayPal or by invoice via our partner Ratepay GmbH. In order to meet the highest security standards, all credit cards require the 3D Secure process via so-called two-way authentication. This process checks whether the transaction is actually carried out by the legitimate cardholder and legitimate online merchant. After entering your credit card details in the Lilyshop2020 online shop, an additional query window opens that is connected to your bank and in which you must enter the so-called secure code, which is provided to you by your bank via a second device. After this verification, the transaction will be carried out. The online payment service PayPal offers a fast and secure way to pay online. If you select this payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the website of the service provider PayPal. If you are not yet registered with PayPal, you can create a personal customer account. As soon as you have registered, enter the payment details in your PayPal account. The final purchase process is then completed by automatically switching back to the Lilyshop2020 online shop and binding confirmation of the purchase. Further information about PayPal can be found at https://www.paypal.com/de/. Through our partner Ratepay we offer you the option of purchasing on account. If you have selected purchase on account, payments with a debt-discharging effect can only be made to Ratepay.
